Percutaneous and Endoscopic Renal Surgery Course (PERC) is a biennial event hosted by the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Inc. Department of Surgery – Section of Urology designed to provide new knowledge in renal surgery to urologists in the country.
