The Philippine Urological Association needed a website for sharing their research journal. I built them a website using the open-source platform Open Journal Systems.

The Philippine Urological Association needed a website to publish their official research journal online.

Unfortunately, the journal plugins available for WordPress felt lacking in many aspects so I searched for other open-source solutions and finally settled on Open Journal Systems.

As this was my first time to work on an online research journal, it was a great learning process not just with setting up OJS on my own cloud server, but also with the particular needs of publishing a scientific journal on the internet.

I hope to find more opportunities in the future with these type of projects that benefit the scientific/academic communities, on top of my usual business clients.

Coral Triangle Conservancy

A simple WordPress website made for a Philippines-based nonprofit organization committed to safeguarding the ecosystem of coral reefs.

I helped the Philippine Urological Association with their annual convention website. Built with WordPress and a custom theme, the website contains not only information about the speakers and events, hotel and tours, but also allows online registration with PayPal payment. The website is hosted under my own web hosting service which I started last year.

Crux Capital is a US-based private equity fund that invests in business litigation. I built a custom WordPress one-page theme based on the company founder's design ideas.
